Through our working partnerships we utilise a network of independent engineers who are instructed to authorise repairs upon inspection, making for a fast and efficient repair process. Whether your customer is claiming via their insurance policy for the repair element of their claim or utilising our credit repair facility*, Nationwide can provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle.
Due to our partnerships within the industry we are also able to provide reciprocal work whereby repairs are allocated into our Repairer Network.
Allowing Nationwide to provide replacement vehicles will not only reduce the requirement of a courtesy car fleet, it will also condense your administration costs as we arrange all aspects of hire, including delivery and collection.
Whether your customers’ vehicle is repaired or a total loss, they will be provided with a like-for-like replacement vehicle from our own new and up-to-date fleet. Our fleet comprises mainstream, prestige and commercial vehicles.
Account Management & Additional Benefits
Our repairer network have dedicated Account Managers who can provide in-house training to ensure your staff capture the optimum number of convertible claims. Our Account Managers will also provide monthly statements and management information to illustrate converted claims which will enable you to monitor our service levels.

Your customers have no costs to consider as we recover all claims related charges, including hire and repair, from the negligent party’s insurance company.
