Super Car Claims Nationwide Accident Hire · Prestige Division

You drive something you love.
We keep you in something equal to it.

Non-fault accident in a supercar or prestige vehicle? We put you in a like-for-like replacement, usually within 24 hours, and handle the entire claim. It costs you nothing.

20+ years of UK accident management 1,000,000+ customers helped 24/7 claim line 1–24hrs to your replacement
The replacement promise

Like-for-like. Not nearly-like.

What matters here is not the claim itself. It is what you drive while your car is being fixed.

If you've been driving a Ferrari, we keep you in a supercar, or something of the same calibre. A Bentley owner doesn't end up in a hire-car saloon. The replacement is comparable, considered, and typically arranged within twenty-four hours of your call.

An honest note. Your replacement is a comparable vehicle from our network, not a brand-new factory car. What matters is that you're driving something you'd happily be seen in. On a non-fault claim it's free at the point of use, and it stays with you until your car is repaired.

What you drove. What we put you in.

Every pairing is arranged case by case around what's available at the time, always at the calibre you're used to. We confirm the vehicle with you before it's dispatched, so there are no surprises on the driveway.

No prices and no spec sheets, just the calibre, arranged around what you were driving. Six tiers cover almost everything we're asked for, and the rarest cars get a conversation rather than a category.

Beyond category

For the rarest cars we talk first, then build the answer around the car.

The process

One call. Then we handle it.

Six steps, end to end. You make the first one; we make the other five. You will not chase, you will not fill in claim forms, and you will not be passed between three departments.

01 Your part

You call.

One number, answered by a person. Tell us what happened and what you were driving. That is the last piece of admin you will need to do.

02 Ours

We arrange recovery.

Your car is collected by handlers who move high-value vehicles for a living, and stored securely.

03 Ours

We confirm a like-for-like replacement.

Matched to the calibre of what you lost, and confirmed with you before it's dispatched.

04 Ours

The replacement arrives.

Typically within one to twenty-four hours, delivered wherever suits you: home, office or the repairer.

05 Ours

We handle your claim end to end.

We deal with the at-fault insurer directly. Your own policy isn't claimed against, so your no-claims bonus is protected.

06 Ours

Your car returns. We collect the replacement.

Your car comes back repaired and fully checked. If it is written off, you can typically keep the replacement for up to 7 days after your settlement cheque arrives.

What you won't do
If it's just happened

What to do at the scene.

Six things, in order. Most of them take a minute. The last one takes the rest off your hands. None of it is sales copy; it's simply what to do next.

01

Make sure everyone is safe.

People first, always. If anyone is hurt, call 999 before anything else. Move to a safe place away from traffic.

02

Photograph the scene.

Photograph both vehicles from several angles, along with the damage, the road layout and any skid marks or debris. The more you take, the better.

03

Exchange details.

Name, phone number, registration and insurer of the other party. If there are witnesses, take their numbers too.

04

Don't admit fault. Don't sign anything.

Do not accept liability at the roadside, and do not sign for a third-party recovery service that turns up at the scene. Stay polite, but commit to nothing.

05

Call us.

We'll handle recovery, the insurer and the claim from this point. One call is the whole of your part.

06

Keep driving.

We'll have you in a like-for-like replacement, often within twenty-four hours.

Discretion

Discretion as standard.

An accident is an interruption. It shouldn't be something you have to keep thinking about.

One point of contact. No call queues, no case numbers read out three times. Your details are never shared with third parties, and your car is recovered, stored and repaired with the care that something irreplaceable deserves.

In plain terms

What we promise.

Five commitments, written the way we'd say them on the phone. If any of them can't apply to your circumstances, we tell you on the first call rather than three weeks in.

Free at the point of use.

On a non-fault claim, the replacement and the claims handling cost you nothing. Costs are recovered from the at-fault party's insurer.

Your no-claims bonus is protected.

Your own policy isn't claimed against, so there's no excess to pay and no hit to your no-claims discount.

Like-for-like calibre.

The replacement matches the standard of the car you lost, and is confirmed with you before it leaves us.

Speed.

A replacement typically with you within one to twenty-four hours of your call, anywhere in England, Scotland or Wales.

If it's a write-off, you're not stranded.

You can typically keep the replacement for up to 7 days after your settlement cheque arrives, giving you time to find the next car.

The network behind us

The operation behind the division.

Supercars is the prestige division of Nationwide Accident Hire, a UK accident-management business that has supported drivers after non-fault accidents for more than two decades and helped over a million customers along the way.

The same operational backbone sits behind this page: the 24/7 claim line, the recovery network, the insurer relationships and the approved repair network. It is applied to a narrower audience, with the calibre of replacement and the discretion that audience expects.

What we are here for: looking after people and their cars.

The standard of care

Cars like yours are why this exists.

Most accident management is built for volume. This division was built for the cars that need more than that.

Recovery handlers who move high-value cars for a living. Secure storage. Repairs through specialists using manufacturer-approved parts, not the nearest bodyshop with a free bay. And one person on your case from first call to final handover.

Asked, answered

The questions prestige owners actually ask.

Short answers, no small-print voice. If yours isn't here, call the claim line and ask. You'll get the same answer on the phone as you would in writing.

No. On a non-fault claim we recover costs from the at-fault party's insurer. Your own policy isn't claimed against, so your no-claims bonus is protected and there's no excess to pay.

Like-for-like calibre. If you were in a Ferrari, you'll be in a supercar or something of the same standard, not a hire-car saloon. We confirm the vehicle with you before it's dispatched.

Typically within one to twenty-four hours of your call, delivered to your home, your office, or wherever suits you.

Through the Nationwide Accident Hire network, the accident-management business behind this division, with more than two decades of UK operation and over a million customers helped.

That's our job, not yours. We deal with the at-fault insurer directly and pursue the claim end to end. You won't be on the phone to them at any point.

Specialists appropriate to the car, not the nearest bodyshop with a free bay. Repairs use manufacturer-approved parts, and your car is recovered and stored securely in the meantime.

You can typically keep the replacement vehicle for up to 7 days after you receive your settlement cheque, so you're never left without a car while the numbers are agreed.

On a non-fault claim, no. The service is free at the point of use, provided the accident wasn't your fault and the third party is insured and identifiable.
